Paul Creary Appointed Director of Revenue Cycle Patient Access

Paul Creary comes to New Island with a wealth of knowledge and experience in Process Engineering, Systems Conversions, Team Facilitation, Cost Control, and Revenue Cycle Enhancement.

Holding senior level positions at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, North Shore-LIJ Health System and Cornerstone Medical Arts Hospital, Mr. Creary directed financial operations including billing, collection, and contract and health information management systems. He established strategic vision and direction to improve business growth and development and increased revenue, market share and profitability.

Key accomplishments consistent throughout his career have produced financial enhancements to each position by decreasing denial portfolios, increasing Medicaid reimbursement, and decreasing receivables.  As a motivating team leader, staff benefit through effective training initiatives producing highly proficient teams who consistently achieve goals within time and budgetary constraints. 
 

Mr. Creary has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Speaking from Brooklyn College and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Regis University. He is a Certified Fitness Trainer and Member of the International Sports Sciences Association, HFMA and MGMA.
