Dear Dr. Ismail Ozcan,

You probably won't remember me because you treat hundreds of patients in your Emergency Department, but I had trouble breathing to the point that I was gasping for breath. I saw four other doctors prior to coming to the hospital and not one of them could diagnosis my condition. Every test was done and they could find nothing wrong with me.

After seeing  three doctors all day in and out of their offices until 5 :00 pm, I went home and had difficulty breathing all night. I went to the Emergency Room, which I never do. This was only the second time in 55 years and I was fortunate and lucky to have gotten a doctor such as you.

Your professionalism, your manners, the way you calmly spoke to me and most important the way you listened to me assuring me that you would find the problem, was priceless!!! 

I cannot thank you enough for doing what four other doctors could not. I was diagnosed with having Panic Attacks. After four days of having major problems with breathing and gasping for air, what you did was nothing short of an absolute miracle to me. For you it might have seemed simple, but for me it was getting my health back again.

When all the other doctors couldn't help me, I thought, "Why can't I be like Trump, a billionaire then I could hire my own doctor who would devote all of his expertise and time to me." Well you turned out to be my Donald Trump. Thanks to an excellent doctor that New Island Hospital is lucky to have. Don't be surprised if I walk in to the Emergency Room one night with a GYRO for your dinner.
