I would like to commend the staff at New Island Hospital for its professionalism and care. I was admitted on June 6, 2007 in the Ambulatory Surgery Unit for a laparoscopic procedure. From the moment I entered the hospital until the minute I left, I felt completely at ease thanks to the thoughtfulness of each member of the staff.

While I was in the Recovery Room, I had time to watch the nurses attend to other patients, and it was very clear that everyone's needs were being competently and completely addressed in a caring and efficient manner.

The hospital was also one of the cleanest and brightest that I have ever seen in many years.

Congratulations to everyone. I not only would not hesitate going back to New Island Hospital should the need arise in the future, but I also plan on choosing any future specialists based on their utilization of your hospital.
