Gift of Honor for my SonI would like to donate this gift in honor of my son. He passed away June 12, 2004 in a motorcycle accident and I thought this would be a way of saying thank you for the care you had given him and my family. Although we live in West Babylon we continue to come to your ER because we are very comfortable there and feel that the level of care we receive is outstanding. My son was admitted a few times prior to his death for eye related injuries due to contacts and other bumps and bruises that growing boys receive. After his death we moved to West Islip but continue to come to New Island's ER when necessary.
