My 93 year old mother is gratefulMy 93 year-old mother was recently rushed to New Island Hospital from Broodlawn Manor Nursing Home. Although some hospitals may be larger, none could havr had a staff more caring and attentive. We were particularly impressed with the respect shown her by every person involved with her care. A particular bonus was the involvement of management with the patients. She was so grateful that Pat Stickle, your AVP for Community Relations, took the time to visit her during the day and even gave her card with the comment, "Call me at any time." Thank you to everyone at New Island - you have many reasons to be proud of your hospital. The community is fortunate to have New Island. Gratefully, Back |
